How hard is it?
Our team get asked this question all the time, and the reality is, it's not as hard as you think. We work with local suppliers, manufacture all our own framing & our team work alongside you, every step of the way.

Do I need architectural drawings?
No, we don't need architectural drawings to quote your custom kit home. We can provide a comprehensive quote off your own hand drawn plans. We don't need anything overly complicated. At a minimum, we will need to know the ceiling height of your home, external dimensions, internal room sizes & window & door sizes & locations. All of this information can be rough, and we'll iron out the creases after you have engaged us to proceed with your design.
Can I change something on one of your homes that I love?
Absolutely! We love that our customers want to change our designs. The designs that we have available, are food for thought. A lot of customers choose to change things to make it their own. The best part; it doesn't cost you anything to change our designs!
Charges don't apply if moving existing walls, windows or doors. Additional charges will apply if adding in windows, doors, decks etc.

We wish we could say the sky is the limit, but in order to keep our prices as low as possible without compromising on quality, we do limit some choices:
