Easy assembly
Contrary to popular belief, building your own house can be quite easy. At Frame Steel, we manufacture all wall frames & roof trusses, so they’re ready to stand on site. All kits are supplied with comprehensive, easy to read plans & instructions to make sure your build goes as smoothly as possible. And because all kits are manufactured in house, we’re available for phone support during standard business hours.
Full range of colours
Gone are the days of limited colour choices. All roofing, gutters, corrugated wall cladding & window frames are available in the full range of standard colours. We offer 22 different colours for roof, gutters & corrugated wall cladding, & 7 colours for window frames.
Custom home design
Building a custom home can be a costly exercise, and not always a pleasant one. That’s why at Frame Steel, we believe in choice! We encourage you to change our designs, because if you’re not happy with your home, we’re not happy. Our designs can be changed free of charge (moving/removing walls & windows/doors), and we’re more than happy to provide complete custom designed kits if you want to get creative.
Work at your own pace
Owner building is extremely rewarding. It also gives you the flexibility to complete stages of your build at your own pace and/or when your budget allows. Being in control of the process is a much more enjoyable experience than chasing trades for completion dates as is the case with a traditional home build.
